Content Style Guide and engagement to scale processes
GeekHunter began as a startup, and as it grew, the need arose to standardize communication with a consistent, unique identity that connects with the tech community.
The biggest challenge was figuring out GeekHunter’s identity based on feedback from personas and stakeholders. Then, we created a content guide with clear communication guidelines on what to do and what to avoid to improve usability, connect with the audience, and streamline processes.
– Interviews with company staff, HR Tech community members, tech professionals, clients, and influencers connected to the brand.
– Creation of an archetypal brand identity.
– Development of a Content Style Guide with clear communication guidelines.
– Actions to build stronger connections between the brand and the community.
– Stakeholders can now create content independently using the guides, reducing the need for UX Writers.
– The content team can focus on more valuable tasks, avoiding simpler, time-consuming work.
– The brand developed a stronger identity, gained more recognition, and built a closer relationship with the Tech community.
